“Bottom-Up” Healing with Yoga Therapy and Psychodrama
This experiential workshop includes gentle chair yoga, meditation, and psychodrama to increase connection and reduce burnout for healers.
Clinical Objectives: By attending and participating in the entire training participants will be able to:
-Define the 5 koshas of yoga (physical, energetic, mental, emotional, and spiritual health).
-Create and discuss one shift that can aid in achieving balance
-Demonstrate 2 ways that building body awareness can reduce stress and increase present moment awareness
-Experience and describe how psychodrama can be combined with yoga to improve body/mind/spirit connection
**While this event is geared towards therapists and helping professionals, all interested in learning about and experiencing yoga therapy and psychodrama are welcome.
