This training will equip you with the skills to facilitate core sociometric processes developed by Tian Dayton, PhD, TEP, and also counts towards the 90 psychodrama hours needed for the RT Sociometrics Certificate.

Please note that completion of the two-day training is only one of the requirements to qualify for the RTR Sociometrics Certificate. Additional requirements must be met and are outlined below under the “RTR Sociometrics Certificate” tab. Those who attend the RTR Sociometrics two-day training are not required to enroll in the certificate program.
About the Trainer
Dave Moran, CADC/CCDP-D, LCSW, TEP, has been a behavioral health specialist for over 30 years. He served as the Administrative Director of D&A Programs and an executive council member of the American Society of Group Psychotherapy and Psychodrama (ASGPP) from 2005-2020. For six of those years, he was the Vice President and President. He is a CADC, CCDP-D, LCSW, a (TEP) trainer, educator and practitioner of psychodrama, sociometry and group psychotherapy. Moran is also EMDRIA trained and is an attuned reiki specialist. He is currently specializing in individuals, couples, group and community interventions. He is a holistic healer. Moran’s passion is recovery, with his private practice, “I Like Me Now,” reflecting that not only do people recover, they transcend that pain, learn to enjoy life, and like themselves as they are. Moran is recognized by his peers as a therapist for therapists. He serves on the Delaware County Crisis Intervention Team for Police. He is an adjunct instructor with the Gerry Spence Method Team providing psychodrama to trial lawyers.
Karen Levin Moser, LCSW, PAT, is a licensed clinical social worker and certified psychodramatist who has a clinical and training practice outside of Philadelphia. She began her career in the addictions field where she worked in inpatient dual diagnosis rehabilitation centers, and later created and directed an intensive outpatient program for the treatment of addiction and mental health. In addition, she is an Adjunct Faculty member of Bryn Maw College School of Social Work and Social Research. She is a skilled clinician and teacher who utilizes a variety of treatment approaches with her clients including gestalt therapy, psychodrama, and EMDR. These experiential
